We were happy to carry out a woodworm treatment to the main roof void of this semi-detached property, built around 1900’s in the Rubislaw Den South area of the West End of Aberdeen.
The images shown in this post are some of the found items we came across when carrying out the treatment. The most interesting of these we think is the notice left when the last treatment had been carried out. This was on the 29th February 1978 by one of the foremost preservation companies in Aberdeen called Vespen (no longer trading), who the writer of this article learned their trade with.
