A small wet rot and woodworm treatment carried out on the ground floor of a property at the north end of Aberdeen’s King Street. The wet rot issue was due to some previously leaky pipework beneath the bathroom which had been rectified, new timbers fitted and surrounding timbers brush treated with a deep penetrating fungicidal paste. Woodworm treatment was a simple spray treatment to all exposed timbers.
