This small terraced property on the Fasque Estate in Aberdeenshire was inspected for dampness and found to be clear of any issues within the main structure of the house, but sadly a damp related mould was found within the roof void mainly affecting the sarking boards. As the roof had no vapour barrier beneath the slates, the timbers had become subject some dampness, hence the mould that had developed. A simple spray treatment using our dual purpose fungicide & insecticide fluid was carried out to the exposed timbers.
